How does the ghosting process work?

Over several sessions, preferably face-to-face, or alternatively via an online platform, I talk over the story with the subject. I then use those conversations as a framework, delivering thoughts, reflections, and emotions in what is recognisably their voice. A ghostwriter is so called for a reason – the reader should never know they are there.
